Creating user accounts

If you are using Single Sign-On (SSO), user access and authentication is granted through your identity provider (IdP).

Each SOS List license comes with unlimited users. To create user accounts, go to Manage Users in the left side menu.

From Manage Users, you can create invite codes for users to sign-up themselves or manually add user accounts.
Inviting Users
Invite Codes are entered at the sign-in page to create permanent accounts. Each Invite Code can only be used once.
Go to Invite Users and create an invite code for each person who needs an account.

Enabling the Mail Server integration allows you to directly email Invite Codes to users.

Create User Manually
From Manage Users you have the option to manually create user accounts. Click the Create User tab and fill out the form to make an account.
