Creating user accounts

If you are using Single Sign-On (SSO), user access and authentication is granted through your identity provider (IdP).

Each SOS List license comes with unlimited users. To create user accounts, go to Manage Users in the left side menu.
Inviting Users
Go to Invite Users and create an invite code for each person who needs an account. Each Invite Code can only be used once.

Email each Invite Code to a specific person to allow them to sign up.
Create User Manually
You also have the option to manually create user accounts. Click the Create User tab and fill out the form to make an account.
